Pastor Rob has been working with Dr. Jones at God's Kingdom Ministries for nearly five years. He first started working as the Web Designer and Developer, and after spending a great deal of time studying under Dr. Jones and his teachings, became ordained as the "Associate Pastor" at God's Kingdom Ministries.
Pastor Rob accepted Christ on February 12, 1998, after he was arrested and placed in the Scott County Jail. He was later convicted and sent to prison, despite his contention that he had not committed the offense. Pastor Rob used this time to further grow in his knowledge and maturity in the Lord, and to minister to those in prison. He truly saw this as an example of Romans 8:28.
During his time in prison he studied many free Bible studies that were available to him, and even become a study towards a degree in Bible Theology through Moody Bible Institute. When he was released in November 2002, he began to work with at God's Kingdom Ministries. Before long he realized that many of the things that he had been taught at Moody Bible Institute did not align with what the Bible really taught. Dr. Jones had truly enlightened him to the truth and so he continued his studies through Burning Bush International Bible Institute, where he completed his degree in 2004.
Pastor Rob's primary areas of ministry have been in teaching and assisting those who are being released from their incarceration time. Rob has been writing a series of web logs on the God's Kingdom Ministries web site and will also be providing a weekly audio teaching you can listen to on-line or order from the Bridge to Freedom Ministries web site.
If you have questions or comments for Pastor Rob please feel free to contact him at Rob@Gods-Kingdom.org. He would love to hear from you.
Web logs will begin again on December 3, 2007.
